Kwame Owusu Sekyere, Esq

Kwame Owusu Sekyere Esq. holds a B. A Social Sciences, LL. B, LL. M and is legal professional with over 20 years of experience in law practice. As a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana, he has demonstrated expertise in legal advocacy, corporate advisory services, and dispute resolution. His extensive career includes leadership roles in renowned law firms; became an associate at Sekyere Chambers, a Partner in Asante - Krobea, Sekyere & Associates and currently serving as the Managing Partner of Sekyere Legal Consult PRUC. Beyond private practice, Mr. Sekyere has played a pivotal role in legal and financial institutions. He was President of Association of Rural Banks, Ghana and served as a Board Member of Apex Bank PLC. and Sekyere Rural PLC., contributing to governance and compliance strategies. His commitment to legal education is evident in his role as a Lecturer at the Ghana School of Law. A dedicated member of the legal fraternity, he has held leadership positions in the Ghana Bar Association (GBA), currently serving as President of the Ashanti Bar and a Council Member of the Ghana Bar Association GBA. His public service extends to being a Notary Public of Ghana and a member of the Legal Aid Review Committee in the Ashanti Region. Mr. Sekyere’s career is characterized by a strong commitment to professional ethics, mentorship, and community development, making him a well-respected figure in Ghana’s legal and financial landscape.

She holds a Master of Laws (LLM), in Corporate and Commercial Law at the Universisty of Ghana-Legon, and also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Population and Health from the University of Cape Coast. She holds a Qualifying Certificate in Law Practice (BL) from the Ghana School of Law and is a member of the Ghana Bar Association. She pursued her LL. B. at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Emmanuel Acheampong, Esq

Emmanuel Acheampong is a graduate from Kwame Nkrumah University of science and technology with a first degree in BA POLITICAL SCIENCE. He further pursued a Second Degree with the same institution where he obtained his LLB certificate and went to Ghana School of Law. He was called to the Ghana bar in 2025, where he holds Qualifying Certificate in Law Practice (BL). Before his call to the Ghana Bar, Emma had gained valuable legal experience through internships at Minkah Premo & Co. (now MPOBB) in 2024, as well as at the High Court, Kumasi. Emma has also worked with the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly as National Service Personnel in 2019. Currently, he is a Junior Associate with Sekyere Legal Consult Pruc. He has an interest in Criminal law and Tort.
